Henry M. Nahmad

Chairman, President, and Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Nahmad serves as Chairman, President, and Chief Executive Officer of the Company. Mr. Nahmad is a leader and entrepreneur with a long-term vision and a passion for buying and building businesses. He previously served as Chief Executive Officer of Chemstar Corp., a provider of food safety and sanitation solutions, where he led a growth effort that resulted in recognition as a North American leader in its market segment. Earlier in his career, Mr. Nahmad worked in various capacities at Watsco, Inc. (NYSE: WSO), the largest distributor of HVAC/R products in the world, where he gained intimate knowledge and valuable experience in the execution of the buy and build strategy. Mr. Nahmad earned a B.A. in Economics from the University of Texas and an MBA from Babson College. He is a member of the Young Presidents Organization and is an active member in charitable organizations.

David Blyer

Director

David Blyer is a serial entrepreneur with a successful track record in a variety of industries.  Currently, he is President and Chief Executive Officer of Donor Community Inc., a company he founded that provides a software platform to non-profit organizations to assist in their operational and fundraising activities.  Among many other ventures, Mr. Blyer also was Co-Chairman of Stone Profiles LLC (formerly Profiles in Concrete, Inc.), a manufacturer and installer of architectural cast stone for the residential and commercial construction markets, from January 2005 until March 2010.

Mr. Blyer has served as a director of the Company since November 1998.  He is a director because of the extensive experience he has in developing and executing sales and marketing strategies and in creating efficient operation strategies.

Glen Kruger

Director

Glen Kruger is a Director at GCA focused on commerce technology providers throughout the retail, wholesale and restaurant verticals. With over 11 years of Tech M&A experience, Glen’s direct areas of expertise include digital marketing, e-commerce platforms, in-store retail management systems, mobile commerce and payment platforms. His sector expertise—particularly among technologies designed to drive consumer engagement and conversion, increase logistics efficiency, and improve supply chain visibility/accuracy—played a key role in the sale of MarketLive and Shopatron to Vista Equity Partners, helping form Kibo Commerce. Prior to GCA, Glen held roles at Keybanc Capital Markets and Oppenheimer & Co. He received a BSc in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Natal (South Africa) and an MBA from Babson College.

Timothy P. LaMacchia

Director

Tim LaMacchia has over 30 years of experience in public accounting serving numerous clients across a variety of industries, including large and or rapidly growing publicly traded businesses. He started his career at Arthur Andersen LLP and was admitted to the partnership in 2008 after 11 years of service.  In 2012, Tim joined Ernst and Young as a partner before retiring from Ernst and Young in June of 2017 with over 19 years of service as a partner of two large public accounting firms.

Tim graduated from Florida International University in 1985 with a BBA in Accounting and he previously served on both the Miami Museum of Science and Neat Stuff Board of Directors.

Hal M. Lucas

Director

Hal M. Lucas is an attorney in private practice. He is a founding partner of the law firm of Lucas Savitz P.L. (and its predecessor), where Mr. Lucas has practiced since 2011. Prior to that time, Mr. Lucas was an attorney at the law firm of Astigarraga Davis Mullins & Grossman, P.A. from 2008 to 2011 and at the law firm of Bilzin Sumberg Baena Price & Axelrod LLP from 2004 to 2008. Mr. Lucas also served as Of Counsel to Astigarraga Davis Mullins & Grossman, P.A. from 2011 to 2013. Mr. Lucas obtained his Juris Doctor degree from The University of Texas School of Law and a Bachelor's degree in economics and international relations from The Johns Hopkins University. He was elected to the Board in November 2015.  He is a Director due to his  experience in legal and business matters gained from his career as a practicing attorney and his co-founding and co-management of Lucas Savitz P.L.

Dennis Mack

Executive Vice President, Corporate Strategy

Dennis Mack serves as Executive Vice President and as a Director of EVI Industries.  Mr. Mack is also the founder and President of Western State Design; a position he has held since its inception in 1974.  Mr. Mack is an industry veteran, who along with his partner and team, built Western State Design into the leading distributor of commercial and coin-operated laundry products on the west coast of the United States. He is widely respected amongst his industry peers as not only an entrepreneur with a keen sense for opportunities in and around the industry, but also an exceptional leader.  In consideration of his professional achievements, extensive relationships, and ever-burning entrepreneurial spirit, Mr. Mack is an invaluable member of the EVI Industries Management Team.
